If you wish to exchange your product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for bearing the original shipment cost to the customer and the return cost to send the product back to us. However, in the case of an exchange, the cost of the new order will be covered by us.

Return Policy
In addition to our exchange policy, we also offer a return option if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Returns must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
