Return and Exchange Policy

At The Light Mirror, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes choices need to be reconsidered, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer store credit options to accommodate your needs.

Exchange Policy:

You can request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order, provided it is not a custom order and is from the standard sizes available on our website. To ensure the safe handling of our fragile products, exchanges must be done in person at our store or factory. Due to the delicate nature of our mirrors, we cannot accept exchanges via shipping, as improper packaging could result in damage during transit.
 

Instead of a direct exchange, we will issue store credit equal to the amount of your original order if the item meets the exchange criteria. This credit can be used to select a different product from our store. If the new item you choose is more expensive than your original purchase, you will be responsible for paying the price difference, along with any applicable shipping or repackaging costs.
 

To initiate the exchange process, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the necessary steps to ensure a smooth transaction. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the original shipping cost and any additional costs associated with bringing the product to our location.

Return Policy:

We do not offer returns; however, we provide store credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Store credit must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the product. If your exchange does not qualify for a free exchange under our policy, you will be responsible for both the original shipping cost and any costs associated with bringing the product to our store or factory. Additionally, any repacking charges will also need to be covered by you.

Damaged Items:

Despite our best efforts in packaging, if your items arrive damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We understand the disappointment of receiving damaged goods and will work swiftly to resolve the issue. We will issue store credit or send you a replacement order once we receive the damaged item back. To facilitate a quick replacement, we require an unboxing video of the damaged item. Please send this video within 24 hours of delivery to +91 9205086062 or contact@thelightmirror.com. This video is crucial for processing your replacement and insurance claim. Upon receipt of the damaged item and verification of the unboxing video, we will promptly issue a return and ship a replacement order.

 

Please note that the  failure to do so, or unboxing videos submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted for return or replacement.
